The Lion L600 punches well above its weight, making it hands down the best machine in its class on the UK market right now. At just 690mm wide and 650kg operating weight, it's one of the smallest micro excavators in the UK. It navigates narrow gates, tight side passages, and standard doorways effortlessly — while delivering the torque, grab power, and digging geometry of a much larger rig.
At the heart of the Lion L600 is a Loncin G300 single-cylinder petrol engine, rated at 6.8kW / 9.1hp @ 3600rpm. This is paired with a smooth double gear pump hydraulic system running at 15.6MPa working pressure and 20L/min max flow, delivering exceptional breakout force, impressive hydraulic grab power, and fluid, intuitive control. You get maximum efficiency without the jerky movements found in other basic micro diggers on the UK market.
Power is transferred to the ground through a rubber crawler track system with an orbital hydraulic motor final drive, giving you solid traction at home or on a small site, with a travel speed of 2km/h for confident, controlled manoeuvring.
