About this machine
The Lion L1200 is a 1.2-tonne mini excavator built for the bigger jobs while still fitting where larger machines can't. Its extendable tracks narrow to 880 mm to get through tight gateways and access, then widen to 1,100 mm for stability on uneven or sloped ground.
Dual joystick controls on both sides make it straightforward to run, whether you've been operating for years or you're stepping up from a smaller machine, and the KOOP diesel engine has the power to work the L1200's 1.2-tonne frame all day.
It's quick-hitch compatible with a full range of attachments, so you can set it up for the job in front of you: buckets from 200 mm up to 1,000 mm, tilting buckets, trenching and toothless buckets, rippers, rakes, hydraulic augers, a breaker hammer, grapples and mechanical or hydraulic thumbs.
You can also build it your way. Choose your engine, add a closed cabin and spec the extendable tracks, so the machine that turns up is set up for your work, not whatever's sitting in a dealer's yard.
