What warranty comes with my machine?
Our machines are made for work so every Lion machine is covered by a 12-month parts warranty from the date of purchase, giving you complete peace of mind. Genuine replacement parts are held in stock and dispatched quickly (3-7+ days depending on the part requested), so any covered issue is sorted with minimal downtime.
How long does delivery take?
Order now to secure your August delivery date and have it delivered to your door. We deliver across mainland UK on a dedicated transport service, and we'll keep you updated every 4 days so you always know where your machine is and when it'll arrive.
How are your machines built and what quality can I expect?
Our machines are built to a high specification using trusted, widely-supported components, then checked before they leave us. Because we sell direct rather than through a chain of dealers, you get commercial-grade machinery at a fairer price without cutting corners on the parts that matter. Lion machines are built to work.
Do you offer finance?
Yes. We offer finance options that let you spread the cost of your machine into manageable monthly payments rather than paying the full amount upfront. Get in touch and we'll talk you through the options available.
Can I view a machine or book a demo before buying?
You can view the machines and factory-line before purchase by either visiting our "Inspection" page or arranging a video call with our British team. Every order will receive custom videos, and a hyper-detailed inspection before shipment, so you will see exactly what leaves us and heads to you. We do not yet offer in-person visits, but will soon be opening a warehouse in Oxford, where you'll be able to come test out a Lion machine in Q4 2026.
Do your prices include VAT?
