Wherever you're working, help is never far away.
Buying a machine online shouldn't mean you're on your own if something goes wrong. That's why we built the Lion Service Network — a nationwide network of partner workshops and expert engineers across the UK. It's uncommon you'll ever need it (our machines run at a 5% fault rate), but it's good to know someone's there.

It gets fixed
Your machine is repaired or serviced by an expert.
How quickly?
We aim to have the whole process wrapped up within 3–7 days. On more complex faults it can take 3–14 days. Those are honest ranges — not best-case promises.
If a part is needed
We ship the required part within 3–7 days. In the rare worst case, some parts have taken up to 3–14 days — we'd rather give you the real range than over-promise.
Reliability
So far our machines have achieved a 5% fault rate. This network is built and designed for maximum peace of mind when buying a machine in the UK.
Warranty & what's covered
- 12-month parts warranty. Every Lion machine is covered for parts — genuine spares held in UK stock and dispatched within 3–7 days.
- Our error? If a fault happened because of us, we can also cover a percentage of the servicing or repair cost.
- Operator error or misuse? We'll still supply any parts covered under your warranty, but the repair or servicing cost sits with you.
UK only, for now. The Lion Service Network is currently available across the UK. European expansion is pending.
