A quick-hitch connector lets you swap between buckets, augers, breakers and other attachments in a couple of minutes, without needing to remove pins by hand or use separate tools.

How it works

The quick-hitch mounts on the end of the digger's dipper arm and uses a locking mechanism, either manual or hydraulic, to grip an attachment's mounting pins. A manual quick-hitch is operated by hand from outside the cab, while a hydraulic version allows the operator to swap attachments from the seat.

Why it matters day to day

Without a quick-hitch, swapping from a digging bucket to a grading bucket or an auger means manually driving out and replacing heavy pins, a job that takes considerably longer and is more physically demanding. With a quick-hitch, the same swap takes a fraction of the time, meaning one machine genuinely can handle several different jobs in a single day.

What comes as standard

Every machine in our mini digger range ships with a quick-hitch connector as standard, so buckets, rippers, breakers and augers can all be added at checkout and used interchangeably from day one.

See our bucket sizing guide for choosing the right attachments for your machine.
