Need a replacement part for your Lion machine? Genuine parts are held in UK stock and dispatched within 3 to 7 working days.

Before you request a part

Have your machine model and, if possible, your order number ready. This helps us identify the exact part you need and check whether it is covered under your 12-month warranty.

How to request a part

Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email with your machine model and a description or photo of the part you need. We will confirm availability, price if it falls outside warranty, and dispatch timing.

Warranty parts

If the part has failed due to a factory defect within 12 months of delivery, it is covered under warranty at no cost. Parts affected by normal wear, misuse or missed maintenance are not covered. See our full warranty policy for what is and is not included.
