Shipping & Delivery

We deliver anywhere in the UK, directly to your door. Your delivery timeframe depends on whether your machine is available from our UK stock or shipped direct from our factory.

Delivery Options

UK Stock — 2 to 3 Working Days

When your machine is available from our UK stock, delivery is 2 to 3 working days. A confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase. A separate email with your tracking number and tracking link is sent the next working day.

Factory Direct — 25 to 35 Days

When your machine is not available from UK stock, it is shipped direct from our factory. Average delivery is 25 to 35 days from the date of order. This timeframe is agreed with you at the point of purchase.

By shipping direct from factory to your door, we cut out warehouse storage costs, dealer markups, and double-handling fees. Those savings are passed directly to you in our pricing.

Unlike many brands that bulk-ship machines to UK warehouses and only discover problems when the customer unboxes them, we inspect, test, and trial every machine at the factory before it is packed and shipped. Problems are caught and resolved before the machine ever leaves the factory floor, not after it arrives on your driveway.

What Happens After You Order

1. Order confirmation: You receive an immediate email confirming your order and estimated delivery timeframe.
2. Special requests window: You have 24 hours from purchase to email hello@lionmachines.co.uk with any special delivery requests (access restrictions, delivery instructions, specific date preferences).
3. Factory inspection: Your machine is individually inspected, tested, and trialled at the factory before it is boxed. You will receive photos and/or video of your specific machine being checked and prepared for shipment.
4. Dispatch: Once passed and boxed, your machine is dispatched. You receive tracking information and the carrier's contact details.
5. In-transit updates: You can email, text, or call us at any point for a live update on exactly where your machine is. We have full visibility on every shipment.
6. Delivery: Your machine is delivered to your specified address. We handle offloading and place the machine exactly where you need it.

Remote & Non-Mainland UK

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other remote areas may take longer than the standard timeframes stated above and may incur additional delivery costs. If your delivery address falls into these categories, we will confirm the specific timeframe and any additional cost with you before dispatch.

Delays

Factory direct shipments can occasionally be delayed due to port congestion, customs clearance, or carrier scheduling. If your delivery is delayed, we will contact you proactively with an updated timeframe and the reason for the delay. You can request a status update at any time by emailing or calling us.

Factory Testing & Quality Control

Every machine is individually checked, tested, and trialled at the factory before it is packed and shipped. This includes operational testing of the engine, hydraulics, tracks, and controls. You will receive visual confirmation (photos and/or video) of your specific machine passing inspection before it leaves the factory.
